Annual Schedule (Plan)

Jan–Mar | Ski Groups

Planning group itineraries and providing information for major ski areas such as Hakuba, Hokkaido, Niseko, Rusutsu and Sapporo.

Apr–Jun | Breweries, Onsen & Kansai Tours

Designing routes that combine brewery and beer factory visits with onsen and sightseeing across the Kansai region.

Jul–Sep | Diving & Summer Trips

Planning summer itineraries around diving spots such as Izu and Chiba, seaside resorts and seasonal events.

Oct–Dec | Sports Spectating Tours

Designing tours aligned with seasons for NPB baseball, J-League football and B-League basketball.

Business Model & Revenue

  • Information & planning fees: Fee-based model covering itinerary design, information provision and research.
  • Group support fees: Service fees for vehicle coordination, booking assistance (bookings executed by partner agencies) and interpretation support.
  • Corporate consulting retainers: Annual retainer contracts with travel agencies, sports clubs and corporate groups.

In the first year, we expect revenue to be driven mainly by consulting and information services. From the second year onward, we plan to increase the share of group support and retainer contracts as partnerships and group customers expand.

Future Outlook

  • Strengthening partnerships with travel agencies and club teams in China to secure continuous group traffic to Japan.
  • Building a recognized brand in specialist travel segments such as ski and diving, including as an information platform.
  • Expanding combined “theme travel” offerings that link breweries, onsen and sports spectating, and nurturing recurring annual group customers.
